Randy’s Sanitation fleet consists of over 90 pieces of equipment located in Delano and satellite offices in Burnsville and Rogers, Minnesota. It’s refreshing to work with a vendor that does what they say and is truthful about just how much they can do for us. We have worked through a variety of issues due to the fact that both parties value this relationship. Royal Tire is an excellent business partner. They are very competitive on price, their service is especially reliable and Royal Tire’s locations match up well with our growing fleet. Royal Tire has our products on hand and their Bar Coded inventory helps us save on tire labor. When issues have arose, which is normal in any relationship, Royal Tire has stepped forward. I give their customer service high marks. I had the pleasure of touring the Bandag Retread facility and rim/wheel plant in St. Cloud. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and the attitude of the Royal Tire employees. The Royal Tire staff takes their jobs very seriously and it shows in their quality products. From start to finish, it was the most comprehensive one-day truck tire and wheel service training seminar available in the industry. In fact, the volume of information provided virtually guarantees that each technician will learn practical techniques, regardless of their work experience.
